Once a sale is made, the ROI clock starts ticking in your your customer’s mind. They start thinking of the payoff they'll receive and how great life will be with your product. Give your customers a fast timeline to be up and running so you can deliver that business impact they envision! Then they'll be promoters and spread the word. Think about what parts of your “Promoter Cycle” you can speed up to deliver faster ROI to your customers. The faster your cycle time, the faster new users can promote you on G2, Google, and in your case studies. Discuss your time tables across Sales & Client Success teams to ensure everyone is committed to attaining them!
